Trials, plan changes, lost credentials, and renewal questions handled without a dashboard login.
Start a free trial
Open the Free Trial page, enter an email and password, choose your device, and follow the setup card. No card is required. If you prefer, WhatsApp support can issue trial credentials directly and skip the form.
Recover lost login details
Send a message from the email used at activation. Support verifies the request, then resends the server URL, username, and password. Never share these details in public forums or screenshots.
Move from trial to a paid plan
Compare LITE, PLUS, and PRO on the Pricing page, complete checkout, then send the order reference on WhatsApp. Paid credentials replace the trial line and keep the same app setup.
Cancel or stop renewal
Message support before the renewal date with the email on the subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and no cancellation fee is added.
