Accepted payment methods
Checkout supports major cards, PayPal, and selected crypto. If a card is declined, try another method or ask WhatsApp support for a guided order. Never send card details through chat.
30-day refund policy
First purchases can be refunded within 30 days when the service cannot be made to work. Open a ticket or message WhatsApp with the order reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Apply a coupon code
Enter the code on the checkout screen and apply it before paying. The order summary should show the discount immediately. Expired or stacked codes are rejected by the checkout logic.
Get an invoice or receipt
Email support with the order reference and the name that should appear on the document. A PDF receipt is normally sent within one business day.
