IPTV Smarters Pro + Tivi Portal: setup and login
IPTV Smarters Pro is the most widely used IPTV player because it runs everywhere and the login screen takes four fields. It suits anyone who wants live TV and VOD without fiddling with playlist files, and it is the default recommendation on our Fire Stick and Android guides.
Step by step
Installing and setting up IPTV Smarters Pro

Install IPTV Smarters Pro
On Fire Stick: Appstore → search “IPTV Smarters” → install. On Android: Google Play → install IPTV Smarters. On iPhone and iPad: App Store → search IPTV Smarters. On desktop: download the Windows or macOS build.
Pick the official developer listing. Clone apps with the same name are not maintained and are a common source of login problems.

Choose how to log in
On the welcome screen select “Login with Xtream Codes API” for the standard Tivi Portal login, or “Load Your Playlist or File/URL” if you received an M3U link instead.

Enter the Tivi Portal credentials
Fill in Any Name, Username, Password and Server exactly as delivered. The Server field usually starts with http:// and may include a port. Check for capital O versus zero in the username.

Wait for the first sync
Tap Add User and give the player a minute or two to pull the group list and the series, movie and VOD sections. A large playlist can take a few minutes on the first run.

Turn on the EPG and the parental pin
Open Settings → Preferences to enable the EPG and set the correct time zone. If your plan includes an adult lock, set the PIN from the profile settings so restricted groups stay hidden.

Test live and VOD playback
Open a live sports channel and a VOD title. If both play, you are set — star the channels you want on the home screen for one-click access.

Xtream Codes and M3U connection steps
Connecting your login
Option A — Xtream Codes API
Welcome screen → Login with Xtream Codes API → Any Name, Username, Password, Server → Add User. The playlist, the series and the movie catalogue all populate from the same login.
Option B — M3U URL
Welcome screen → Load Your Playlist or File/URL → paste the M3U link from your activation message. Some builds need the link to end with a slash for the groups to appear.
Portal and EPG variants
Some Fire Stick builds also offer a portal login, where the server address carries the whole login. Support will tell you if your account is portal-based.
Fix it
Buffering and EPG troubleshooting
The app installs but the login screen loops
Clear the app data, restart the device and open the app again. If the loop continues, the credentials are wrong — re-copy them from your activation message.
Live TV stalls on a Fire Stick
Close every other app, use 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and set the player buffer to Normal. A Fire Stick that is also running a VPN can be the cause — test without it once.
No EPG data
Enable the EPG in Settings → Preferences and set your time zone. On a fresh install the guide can take several minutes to build for a large channel list.
Can I watch on a Samsung or LG TV?
IPTV Smarters is not in most Samsung and LG stores. Use a Fire Stick on HDMI, or install Smart IPTV / SET IPTV / SS IPTV on the TV itself.
