XCIPTV + Tivi Portal: setup and login
XCIPTV is a smaller, faster alternative to the big players: it starts quickly, handles long playlists well and is a common pre-installed app on Android boxes. The login is the same Xtream pair that every other player uses, so the same account works everywhere.
Step by step
Installing and setting up XCIPTV

Install XCIPTV
Search “XCIPTV” in the Google Play Store on Android and Fire OS devices. Some Android boxes ship with XCIPTV preinstalled — check the app list before downloading anything.

Start the setup wizard
On first launch XCIPTV asks for the settings source. Choose “Settings” and enter your Tivi Portal username and password, or pick the Xtream option if the wizard asks for a server.

Enter the server and load the playlist
Enter the server address exactly as delivered, then let the app load the groups. XCIPTV usually needs the full address including the port, and a trailing slash on the playlist URL.

Load the EPG
Open the EPG settings and point the guide at the same server address. Choose the XMLTV source that matches your account and let it build — the first pass takes a few minutes.

Adjust the interface
Set the interface language, start-page group and parental control from the settings menu. Pin the groups you use so the home page stays short.

Test a live channel
Play one live channel for a couple of minutes and check the picture and sound. Then test a VOD title to confirm both halves of the library are working.

Xtream Codes and M3U connection steps
Connecting your login
Option A — Xtream Codes API
Setup wizard → Settings → enter username, password and server → Save. XCIPTV then loads the live groups, the VOD sections and the guide.
Option B — M3U URL
Setup wizard → Playlist / URL → paste the M3U link. End the URL with a slash if the groups do not appear, then reload the playlist.
EPG source
In the EPG settings enter the same server address again — for Tivi Portal the guide source and the playlist source are identical.
Fix it
Buffering and EPG troubleshooting
The channel list stays empty
Check the server address character by character, including the port, and confirm the trial is still active. Re-enter the credentials from your activation message.
Guide times are wrong
Set the correct time zone in the EPG settings and rebuild the guide. If a channel shows the wrong programme, force a guide refresh for that group.
Playback stutters on a Fire Stick
Reboot the device, close background apps and use 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Switching off the power-saving mode on Fire OS also helps.
XCIPTV will not install on my TV
Smart TV operating systems other than Android TV do not run XCIPTV. Use a Fire Stick or Android box, or install a Smart TV IPTV app directly on the television.
